Jason Beck Of Team RMS Heads To Ponca City Grand Nationals

Team RMS rider Jason Beck will compete in the 32nd Annual Ponca City Grand National Championship motocross event in Ponca City, Oklahoma, July 22-28, 2007. This event is the grand finale following over 100 events in 33 states, and features the top motocross racers from their respective regions. In order to qualify for the Championship, Beck first had to prove himself by placing among the top twelve riders at both Bithlo Motorsports Park in Bithlo, Florida, and Motocross of Marion County in Reddick, Florida.

A 36-year-old veteran rider with more than 7 years of racing experience to his credit as well as three local championships under his belt, Jason will be competing in the +30 Class on a 2007 KTM 450 SXF provided by KTM for the Ponca City event.

"Don't let that age classification fool you, the +30 is tough," says Beck. "That class is full of former pros, and very competetive."

Born in Independence, Missouri, Beck currently resides in Ormond Beach, Florida, where he is the general manager of Bankston's Kawasaki and owner of Beck's Tech motocross performance center. A true privateer, Jason tows his KTM behind his own SUV and does all the work on his bikes by himself.

Beck will head to Oklahoma backed by Bankston's Kawasaki, Beck's Tech, and Racing Media Services.
